The Front of House Non-Service Team Member plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience by working closely with back-of-house staff and management. This position requires an engaging individual who has a genuine passion for the menu offerings and a strong focus on guest service. The successful candidate will prepare recipes following standard procedures, maintain cleanliness and organization, and help ensure that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately within a target ticket time goal of six minutes or less. Collaboration and communication are key components of this role, as the team member will be responsible for conveying product needs to the back-of-house team and managers on duty. This position demands the ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards for food preparation and customer satisfaction. The role also demands physical endurance, including the ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and reach overhead as necessary.
