The Dishwasher role at Din Tai Fung North America is a critical support position designed to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards across the food production and service areas. Job Requirements

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
  • Properly handle cleaning chemicals and sanitation supplies
  • Report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors
  • Support compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), USDA, HACCP, and company policies
  • Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in dishwashing, sanitation, food production, warehouse, commissary, or restaurant operations preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, including GMP, HACCP, or USDA requirements preferred
  • Experience operating industrial cleaning or sanitation equipment preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred

Job Duties

  • Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays, tubs, containers, and production equipment in accordance with sanitation procedures
  • Operate industrial dishwashing and sanitation equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, floors, drains, sinks, and waste stations
  • Remove trash and recycling materials and maintain organized storage and cleaning areas
  • Support production teams with cleaning and sanitation needs during and following production activities
  • Restock cleaning, sanitation, and supply inventory as needed
  • Complete sanitation logs, cleaning records, and required documentation accurately and timely
