Job Qualifications

  • Possess working knowledge of club policies and guidelines as outlined in the Ridglea Country Club Employee Handbook
  • Exhibit technical skills needed to fulfill required job duties
  • Demonstrate an active interest in self-improvement
  • Exhibit a professional work ethic and attitude
  • Show ability to prioritize work and ensure immediate needs are met
  • Commit to teamwork and know when to ask or offer help
  • Maintain professional standards of conduct and appearance

Job Duties

  • Work during club hours to clean all pots, pans, china, glassware, and silverware
  • Maintain organization in the kitchen
  • Dispose of garbage properly on a regular schedule
  • Assemble all tools and utensils needed to accomplish job duties
  • Follow sanitation practices and maintain dish machine and dish area
  • Exhibit proper personal hygiene and dress professionally
  • Communicate daily with Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef
