Arrow Senior Living is currently seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join the team at their Vitalia Montrose location in Copley, Ohio. This part-time position offers a competitive wage range of $18.50 to $20.25 per hour with a consistent work schedule from 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The Dishwasher position is fundamental in maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, ensuring that all dishware and utensils are sanitized and ready for use. The role also requires flexibility, as the Dishwasher may assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and running food when needed. Physical stamina is critical, as the Dishwasher will be standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping throughout their shifts and must be able to lift or move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly. A clean criminal background check is also required to uphold the safety and integrity of the community.

Job Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English at an 8th grade level or higher
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the shift
- Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen support roles is an asset but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine efficiently and safely
