The role of Dishwasher at Belmont Village Senior Living is central to the dining service program and key to maintaining the overall kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen, ensuring all food preparation equipment, dishes, and utensils are spotless, sanitized, and organized for efficient use. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, as these qualities contribute to the smooth functioning of the kitchen and the satisfaction of residents and guests. Beyond dishwashing, the role involves helping cooks with various non-food preparation tasks, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, and assisting with stock organization following deliveries. Responsibilities also include operating dish machines, cleaning equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and upholding all health and safety standards in the handling and storage of food and kitchen tools.
