Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and hand wash items as needed
- Ensure proper sanitation standards are met in compliance with health regulations
- Assist kitchen staff with basic clean-up and waste disposal
- Organize and store clean dishware and utensils
- Report any maintenance issues or shortages to management
- Support the team in maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment
