Red Lobster is currently seeking a Dishwasher/Utility team member to join their vibrant and fast-paced restaurant environment. This vital role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, ensuring that kitchenware such as dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized. The dishwasher is expected to operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, manage waste removal responsibly, and support the kitchen staff with food preparation duties as required. The role also includes preparing Red Lobster's signature "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" and performing other miscellaneous tasks to help keep the kitchen and dining areas running smoothly. Staff members must work collaboratively as part of a team, keeping customer satisfaction and team efficiency as a top priority.

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and safely lift up to 30 pounds.
