The role of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster is an essential position that supports the smooth operation of the restaurant by ensuring cleanliness and maintaining hygiene standards. This position involves the responsibility for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen tools. Operating dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently is a key function, as well as maintaining the general cleanliness of all restaurant areas. Besides washing dishes, employees in this role assist the kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including the preparation of Red Lobster's signature "Cheddar Bay Biscuits."
