Din Tai Fung's Costa Mesa location at 3333 Bristol St, CA, is currently seeking a Dishwasher to play a vital role in its operations. As a Dishwasher at DTF, you are an essential part of the restaurant's behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen. Your main responsibility includes washing dishes using both the 3-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher, making sure all kitchenware, utensils, and dining ware are clean, sanitized, and ready for service. Beyond dishwashing, this role involves general maintenance of cleanliness throughout the restaurant, managing trash according to property regulations, unloading deliveries, and providing support to other team members as needed. This position helps maintain the kitchen’s organization and efficiency, laying the foundation for a successful service every shift.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive pay rate of $20.75 per hour.
