The job entails washing dishes both manually and with dishwashing machines, cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, walls, refrigerators, and equipment, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, disposing of trash, and restocking necessary supplies such as soap and paper towels.

This role requires a high level of physical stamina and mobility, as it involves significant walking, standing for extended periods which may exceed eight hours, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting weights up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally moving items weighing up to 50 pounds. It is essential to attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity, supporting the smooth operation of kitchen activities. Additionally, you will assist with set-up and break-down tasks as needed, supporting teamwork and operational efficiency.
