30hop Restaurant & Bar is a vibrant full-service American restaurant and bar with several locations across Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. Located in Lee’s Summit, MO, the 30hop Restaurant & Bar is currently seeking hardworking and dependable Dishwashers to join its team. This opportunity is suitable for individuals with previous restaurant experience as well as those looking to begin their careers in the foodservice industry. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 4-8 hour shifts primarily during evening hours. Starting pay for dishwashers is competitive at $15 per hour, with rates based on experience. This role is fundamental in supporting kitchen operations by washing and sanitizing all kitchen wares, assisting with basic food prep tasks, and ensuring all work areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards. New hires will become an integral part of a collaborative team committed to upholding the restaurant’s reputation for quality and hospitality.

The dishwasher position is essential in maintaining the operational flow of the kitchen. Responsibilities include the cleaning and sanitizing of pots, pans, glassware, and flatware either manually or using commercial dishwashing equipment. The dishwasher also ensures that clean items are properly organized and restocked in designated areas, trash and recycling receptacles are emptied and cleaned as necessary, and that the kitchen environment remains safe and organized. Candidates must be comfortable working in warm, humid conditions and prepared to perform repetitive manual tasks including bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Team members will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to assist with basic food prep and support duties as assigned, contributing overall to the efficient and safe operations of the restaurant’s back of house.

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize all kitchen wares including pots, pans, glassware, and flatware by hand and/or with commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Properly organize, store, and restock clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in designated areas
  • Empty and clean trash and recycling receptacles as needed
  • Assist kitchen team with basic food prep and other support tasks when directed
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
