Job Description

Mirbeau is a distinguished family-owned hospitality company with over 25 years of delivering award-winning experiences rooted in wellness, care, and excellence. Recognized by Forbes for its exceptional standards, Mirbeau is dedicated to creating a positive workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and empowered to grow. The company places a strong emphasis on health, balance, and well-being, which are central values integrated into all aspects of its operations and culture. This rich tradition of hospitality excellence has positioned Mirbeau as a leader in the luxury resort and spa industry, known for its commitment to both guest satisfaction and employee welfare.

The Dishwasher role at Mirbeau is vital to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and efficiency that define the guest experience. This position is more than just cleaning dishes; it involves playing a critical part behind the scenes to ensure that every guest-facing utensil, plate, and glassware is spotless and ready for seamless service. Dishwashers support the kitchen and front-of-house teams by keeping the kitchen well-organized and fully stocked with the cleanest tools and tableware. At Mirbeau, the philosophy is that back-of-house work is a foundation of true hospitality, and those who perform these duties are given front-row respect.

This part-time or full-time role offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and demands attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Responsibilities include operating industrial dishwashing equipment, sanitizing all dishware to resort standards, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Dishwashers also assist prep and kitchen staff as needed, support quick turnover during busy service periods, and participate in maintaining operational excellence by following opening, closing, and sidework procedures.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in professional kitchen dishwashing or stewarding, preferably within elevated or fine dining settings. Familiarity with commercial dishwashing machines, chemical sanitizers, and food safety protocols is highly valued. Physical stamina is required, including the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and remain composed during high-pressure service times. Beyond technical skills, this role demands professionalism, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude, all in alignment with Forbes and Mirbeau standards.

Joining Mirbeau means more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to develop a career within a company that values wellness and its employees. Mirbeau provides a supportive environment with opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K with company match, paid time off, holiday pay, employee assistance programs, discounted rates on spa services and retail, incentive programs, and more. If you are detail-oriented, hardworking, and passionate about playing a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality, Mirbeau offers you the chance to find balance while building your future in a respected and vibrant workplace.
