Job Duties
- set up a clean and organized dish area at the start of each shift
- follow daily routines and complete all cleaning checklists
- clean and restock dishes, plates, glasses, and kitchen tools throughout the shift
- keep back dock, trash areas, and kitchen floors clean and safe
- break down and remove garbage and boxes to designated areas
- work closely with kitchen team to keep supplies moving and stations ready
- assist with light kitchen prep or receiving deliveries when needed
- maintain dish machines and kitchen equipment clean and in good condition
