- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working around wet floors, high heat, and loud noise
- Detail-oriented and able to keep areas clean, organized, and safe
- Basic understanding of cleaning and sanitizing practices
- Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in keeping the kitchen championship-ready
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
