As a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, your role is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. Your responsibilities encompass cleaning and maintaining all restaurant areas, sanitizing dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. You will safely and correctly operate the dishwasher and related equipment, manage kitchen and general area waste disposal, and support cooks with prep work including preparing our signature "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" among other duties. This role requires a strong team focus, always considering the needs of the customer and fellow team members in every decision. You will adhere strictly to all cleaning and safety protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for both guests and staff. Physical demands include the ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds, and stand for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours. Prior experience is valued but a dedicated attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask within a team are essential for success.
