Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
  • Operating the dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
  • Emptying all kitchen and other area trash
  • Working as a team to support cooks with prep work, preparation of specialty items like Cheddar Bay Biscuits, and other tasks as needed
  • Focusing on the team and customers, making decisions with their best interest in mind
  • Following all cleaning and safety protocols
