The Cypress of Charlotte is currently seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join their hospitality team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen area, a vital part of delivering a high standard of service and care to residents. The selected candidate will work primarily from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the community’s commitment to providing around-the-clock excellence. Offering a competitive hourly pay rate ranging from $16.25 to $18.02, depending on experience, this position is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and senior engagement.

This Dishwasher position entails several responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of kitchen services. The primary duties include washing dishes and pots under supervisory guidance, preparing and setting up dishwashing stations, and adhering to strict sanitation standards to ensure a clean environment. Additionally, the role encompasses receiving and accepting food orders from the chef, storing both food and non-food supplies properly, and maintaining trash containers and kitchen equipment. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively, following both oral and written instructions in English, ensuring that all tasks align with health and safety protocols.
