The Back-of-the-House team, including cooks, plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards First Watch is known for. Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- physically able to lift and carry moderate weights
- availability to complete initial training
- adherence to food safety and hygiene policies
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage but not required
- strong communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a team
- willingness to learn and adapt to various kitchen stations
- basic food safety knowledge
- ability to follow detailed recipes and procedures
