Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • capability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • willingness to adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • reliability and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • wash dishes, glassware, and utensils using dishwasher machine and manual cleaning methods
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
  • sort and stack clean dishes and utensils for distribution
  • assist kitchen staff with general cleaning tasks as needed
  • manage waste disposal and recycling according to company policies
  • restock dishwashing stations with necessary supplies
  • adhere to safety guidelines and health regulations
