Dishwashers use various tools and equipment, including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other machinery, sometimes working under differing temperature conditions like freezers, refrigerators, and warmer areas. The ability to stand or walk for 6 to 8 hours, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching is essential.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking for 6-8 hours during an 8-hour work day
- ability to perform hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
- ability to work with FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
