The employment opportunity at East Bank Club is a full-time Dishwasher position, compensated at the rate of $20.00 per hour. This position is entry-level and offers a chance to become an integral part of the dynamic hospitality team. The role demands flexibility with shift schedules, including morning, mid-shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The shifts available are from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, five days a week, ensuring that the candidate can maintain consistent availability. As a Dishwasher at East Bank Club, your primary responsibility is to uphold cleanliness and organization within kitchen and dining areas. This includes washing china, glassware, silverware, pots, and pans while adhering to proper sanitization procedures. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall hygiene and orderliness of the kitchen environment by mopping spills, sweeping floors, disposing of garbage, and breaking down cardboard boxes. This role is vital in supporting the kitchen and food service teams, ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are clean, sanitized, and readily available for use. Besides performing dishwashing tasks, you will assist with restocking lines and other kitchen areas and ensure all products are stored correctly. The position requires being on your feet most of the time and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reflecting the physical demands attached to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen. Job Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the USA
  • Must have availability to work evening shifts, mid-shifts, morning shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be dependable, positive, and collaborative
  • Must be friendly, organized and able to work well with others in a team
  • Must be able to restock the line and all other areas of the kitchen
  • Must be able to walk and move during entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
  • Must be on feet for majority of shift
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs

Job Duties

  • Ensure proper ware washing procedures are followed for all silverware
  • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils using proper procedures
  • Proper set-up of dish machine and dish area
  • Ensure all products are properly stored away
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and orderly at all times
  • Take out the garbage and break down all cardboard boxes
  • Mop all spills
  • Perform additional job duties as assigned by management
