The role of Steward (Part Time) at Four Seasons Scottsdale is essential in maintaining the impeccable standards of cleanliness and sanitation within the Food and Beverage operations. This position supports the team by ensuring all china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and equipment meet rigorous hygiene standards. The Steward operates specialized dish machines and handles cleaning chemicals safely, contributing directly to the overall guest experience by maintaining a pristine environment.
This role requires vigilance, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety protocols. The Steward ensures that every item is properly sanitized and polished, including the execution of the silver polishing program, which is vital to preserving the luxury image and guest satisfaction. Working hours are primarily during the evening and overnight shifts, with mandatory availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays alongside flexibility for holidays and early mornings.

- Maricopa County Food Handler’s certification
- comfortable around industrial size dish machines and ability to learn their operation
- strong communication skills
