The current role available is for a Dishwashing Team Member. This position is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of Whole Foods Market's kitchen operations. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Standing and walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
- Ability to perform hand use motions such as grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Capability to bend, twist, squat, and reach
- Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work in temperatures ranging from below freezing to over 90 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to work in wet and dry conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks and other heavy machinery
- May require use of ladders

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
- Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
- Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
- Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques
- Maximizes sales potential through proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
- Follows and complies with established procedures including health and sanitation and safe work practices
