Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Follow sanitation standards and procedures complying with legal regulations
- assist with daily food preparation
- clean food and beverage equipment as well as daily care of foodstuff-relevant rooms including walls and floors
- help keep equipment operating by following operating instructions
- troubleshoot breakdowns, maintain supplies, and perform preventative maintenance
- keep all cooking and serving utensils and plates clean and sanitary at all times
- maintain appropriate levels of needed dishes and utensils
- participate fully in environmental sustainability initiatives including recycling, waste reduction, and energy and water conservation
