As a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the restaurant. This full-time position offers competitive hourly wages ranging from $16.90 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly paychecks, flexible scheduling options, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance starting at under $10 per week. In this role, your primary duties will involve cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment compliant with safety standards. This includes washing and sanitizing all dishware, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. You will be responsible for operating dishwashing machinery and other kitchen equipment safely and effectively. In addition, you will manage waste disposal by emptying trash bins in the kitchen and other designated areas. Working closely with kitchen staff, you may assist with food preparation tasks, such as making their exclusive "Cheddar Bay Biscuits." Teamwork, attention to detail, and customer focus are critical to succeeding in this position. Every decision you make should consider the well-being of both your coworkers and guests. Job Requirements
