The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster is a vital role that ensures the smooth operation of restaurant services and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This role is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Operating the dishwasher and other cleaning equipment safely and correctly is a key duty, alongside maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant. The job requires standing and moving about the restaurant for shifts that may last between 8 to 12 hours.
