Job Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- excellent time management and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Duties
- Responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes and kitchen equipment according to established procedures
- maintain clean and organized work area at all times including dishwashing area and kitchen
- assist with food preparation such as chopping slicing and measuring ingredients
- follow recipes and guidelines for correct portion sizes and presentation of dishes
- assist with receiving and storing of food and supplies as needed
- adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- communicate effectively with team members and superiors
- take ownership and actively participate in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor or Executive Chef
