- ability to follow detailed instructions
- basic knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is an asset
- knowledge of sanitation and food safety standards
- ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and long periods of standing
Job Duties
- set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
- operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
- wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
- maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
- complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
- clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
- assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
- follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
- support dining service duties as assigned
