The role of Dishwasher at Topgolf is integral to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene necessary for an exceptional guest experience. This position involves the essential duties of cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans, either manually or using industrial dishwashers. The dishwasher is responsible for organizing and placing clean kitchenware and cooking equipment in their designated storage areas to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clean kitchen work areas, sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and upholding sanitation policies in accordance with food safety guidelines. The dishwasher assists with receiving inventory deliveries and supports the culinary team with various tasks as needed. Working in a fast-paced environment, the dishwasher must exhibit physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, contributing to overall team success. Job Duties

  • Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas
  • Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • Sweep and mop floors, empty trash, and ensure cleanliness and safety in the kitchen area
  • Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and food safety guidelines
  • Assist with unloading and storing deliveries
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by the culinary team or supervisor
