Job Duties
- Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Wash dishes and pots by hand or machine and polish silverware
- Sweep, mop, and clean floors, and dispose of trash in designated areas
- Clean work tables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as the pantry and dish room
- Attend work and arrive for scheduled shifts on time with sufficient regularity
- Perform other tasks as assigned depending on business needs and client requirements
