Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
- Maintain a clean and tidy work area by sweeping, mopping floors, and emptying trash regularly
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
- Assist with unloading and storing deliveries
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Obtain required food handler certification(s)
- Assemble, maintain and break down the dish machine by following proper cleaning schedule
- Perform some light prep work
