The role of Dishwasher at The Kitchen Bistro is integral to maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall restaurant cleanliness. This position is responsible for ensuring the organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of dishes, glassware, and dishwashing machinery in line with health department regulations and the restaurant's standards. The Dishwasher plays a critical role in supporting team cohesion and promoting a positive work environment that helps foster connections among guests and employees alike. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus a 2% service fee, alongside a unique and fun work atmosphere with opportunities for growth within the company. Duties extend beyond dishwashing to include restocking supplies, assisting with prep work, helping with restaurant opening and closing procedures, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, dish service area, and storage spaces. The role demands strong communication skills with the kitchen team, particularly the Chef and Manager on Duty, to address kitchen-related concerns promptly.
