Job Duties

  • Clean all areas of the restaurant as needed including kitchen and dining areas and remove trash
  • Clean and sanitize dishes following dish machine procedures including monitoring temperatures and chemicals
  • Practice proper wash rinse and sanitizing methods in 3-compartment sinks
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms and bathrooms using established practices
  • Clean and maintain hard surface floors in kitchen and dining areas
  • Report equipment malfunctions injuries and accidents to supervisor
  • Help put away weekly deliveries of food and supplies
  • Assist with general maintenance of equipment building and storage spaces
  • Assist in snow removal on sidewalks and trash areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned
