We are currently seeking Dishwashers/Utility helpers who will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficient operation of our restaurants. This position offers weekly pay, competitive salaries, and flexible schedules, along with benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance options starting at less than $10 per week. The Dishwasher/Utility role involves more than just cleaning dishes. It requires a team-oriented individual who is willing to support kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation, including the preparation of our signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits, keeping all restaurant areas spotless, and adhering strictly to all safety and cleanliness protocols. Successful candidates will be physically able to meet the demands of the job, such as bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 30 pounds, and standing for shifts of 8 to 12 hours. The position demands attention to detail, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a strong focus on teamwork and customer-centered decisions.
