The Dishwasher position at Bricktown Brewery is integral to the smooth operation of the kitchen. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment and utensils. This critical role supports the culinary team by ensuring that all dishes, glasses, pots, pans, and utensils are cleaned efficiently and are ready for use. You will be expected to manage the three-compartment sink used for hand-washing, handle the storage and organization of deliveries, and maintain clean and safe kitchen floors through regular sweeping and mopping. Maintaining and caring for dishwasher equipment and other cleaning tools is also a key part of the job.

Beyond cleaning duties, the role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with other team members to support a smooth shift. Physical stamina is necessary as the position involves lifting between 25 to 50 pounds and staying active in a fast-paced kitchen environment for up to 8 hours. The role also demands comfortable handling of various physical motions such as bending, kneeling, stretching, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand and wrist movements.
