The Dishwasher/Utility position at Red Lobster is a vital role that supports the daily operations and ensures the cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant environment. Job Requirements

  • Meet the minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to follow all cleaning and safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role preferred
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen
  • Basic understanding of kitchen equipment operation
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds

Job Duties

  • Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
  • Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen tools
  • Safely and properly operate the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Empty all kitchen and other area trash
  • Work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, preparation of signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
  • Focus on team and customer: every decision must always keep the customer and team in mind
  • Follow all cleaning and safety protocols
