This job opportunity is for the position of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster. This role is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring a hygienic environment both front-of-house and behind the scenes. The Dishwasher/Utility team member will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. The job also includes upkeep of all restaurant areas, safe operation of dishwashing machinery, and support roles assisting the cooks with food preparation tasks, such as helping to prepare the restaurant’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. This position requires a strong focus on teamwork and customer service, as every decision made should consider the impact on both customers and fellow team members.
Red Lobster offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from USD $15.16 to $25.00 per hour, with weekly pay schedules and flexible working hours. Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles helpful

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- safely and properly operate dishwashing machines and other equipment
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and guests with every decision
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
