As a Dishwasher/Utility team member, your responsibilities will be focused on ensuring that all restaurant areas are clean and well-maintained. This includes cleaning and sanitizing dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Safe and proper operation of dishwashing equipment and other machinery is essential. You will also be tasked with taking out kitchen and area trash and supporting cooks by assisting in food preparation tasks such as the making of the restaurant’s signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits. The role requires a strong focus on customer and team care, adhering to all cleanliness and safety protocols to maintain a welcoming environment.
Physical demands of the job include the ability to bend, reach, crouch, and lift up to 30 pounds safely. Standing for an entire shift of 8 to 12 hours is also required. The position encourages teamwork, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities to meet the fast-paced environment of the restaurant. - Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans and kitchen utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines and equipment safely and correctly
- Empty kitchen and other area trash receptacles
- Support cooks with food prep including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits and other tasks as needed
- Focus on teamwork and customer care in all decisions
