We are currently seeking a Part-Time Dishwasher to join our dynamic culinary team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the daily kitchen operations by ensuring all dishware and kitchen equipment are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and organized to meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. The Part-Time Dishwasher will be responsible for operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment, keeping kitchen areas tidy, assisting with basic food prep and cleaning tasks, and adhering to safety and sanitation protocols. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift heavy kitchenware safely
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
  • Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment following proper procedures
  • Keep kitchen areas, floors, storage areas, and workspaces clean and organized
  • Assist kitchen team members with basic food preparation and cleaning tasks as needed
  • Remove trash and maintain proper disposal procedures
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are followed according to health department and hotel guidelines
  • Maintain adequate supplies of clean dishes and equipment during meal periods and events
  • Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies
  • Follow all safety procedures and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Support the culinary team during busy service periods
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
