Clean wares must be stored appropriately after cleaning using detergents, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals in a designated three-compartment sink system.

Tasks also include handling silverware through soaking, washing, and re-washing processes, maintaining cleanliness of trash and recycling areas, and ensuring that all recyclable materials are properly sorted and disposed of.
