The role being offered is a full-time Dishwasher position within the Food and Beverage & Culinary category. This is a non-management role that pays $25.75 per hour, ideal for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. The Dishwasher is responsible for operating and maintaining cleaning equipment, including the dishwasher machine, hand-washing stations, pot scrubbing stations, and waste compactors. This includes washing and sanitizing various kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and storage rooms to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met consistently.

In this position, the Dishwasher also handles deliveries, properly stores perishable goods, and rotates stock according to established procedures. Clean dishes must be stored appropriately while dirty items are thoroughly inspected, cleaned, and organized for efficient kitchen operations. The Dishwasher uses chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in a three-compartment sink setup and applies hot water sprays to loosen and remove food residues. Additionally, the role involves sorting, soaking, and washing cutlery as well as separating containers designated for dirty items.

Waste management duties include emptying trash bins, maintaining garbage disposal areas, recycling glass and cardboard materials, and ensuring all cleanliness protocols are upheld. Physical demands of the job involve lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds independently as well as standing, walking, bending, reaching, twisting, and other physical activities for prolonged periods.
