The role available is that of a Dish Washer, which is an integral part of the store’s culinary team and overall operations. The Dish Washer is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares. In addition to using dishwashing equipment and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, this role requires active participation in maintaining the organization of kitchen deliveries, proper storage and rotation of products, and general upkeep of the kitchen environment. Dish Washers ensure that the workspace is clean and safe, contributing to the overall dining and shopping experience of customers. Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares
  • maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area
  • assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products
  • arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
  • works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
  • provides excellent customer service, addresses needs of customers in a timely and effective manner and models suggestive selling techniques
  • answers phones and pages promptly and courteously
  • maximizes sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product
