The position of Dishwasher at Duffy's is a crucial role within the kitchen staff, reporting directly to the Chef. Job Duties

  • sweep or mop floors
  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
  • clean garbage cans with water and soap
  • store and stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, or refrigerators
  • transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas by hand or using hand trucks
  • clean dish machine and break down at the end of the night
  • perform additional cleaning duties as requested
  • maintain a positive and professional approach to coworkers and customers
