Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen floors by sweeping and mopping as needed
- assist with food preparation tasks such as washing vegetables and preparing ingredients
- help with bussing tables and clearing dirty dishes to ensure smooth workflow
- follow all health, safety, food handling, and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning during peak hours
- report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to the kitchen manager promptly
