We are currently seeking a full-time dishwasher who is available on weekends to contribute to our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization standards critical to our dining services. Your work will ensure food quality and presentation standards are consistently met, creating a welcoming and hygienic dining environment. In addition to your core duties, you will support proper table settings, assist with dishwashing, and help maintain an inviting atmosphere that promotes resident satisfaction.
This position offers a competitive starting pay of $16.00 per hour and includes a generous benefits package designed to support your overall well-being. Typical scheduled hours for this role are Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. This schedule supports a balance between work and personal life, perfect for students in college or high school who are looking for meaningful employment.

Job Duties
- Exemplify at all times community standards of cleanliness, sanitation and organization
- responsible for adhering to food quality, appearance and presentation standards at all times
- exhibit dining room appearance and presentation standards at all times
- exhibit serving standards of speed, accuracy and efficiency
- set tables and maintain work stations in proper order
- take order, provide service and requested items both graciously and courteously
- answer pertinent questions about menu items
- clear dishes from tables during and after meal service
- assist with dish washing
- reset tables
- serve residents using proper serving etiquette and promote an inviting dining atmosphere
- knowledge of diets provided and served correctly per policy and procedure
- represent community in a warm and inviting manner, which creates a positive marketing environment
- support creating a culture where business decisions and employee engagement drive top-line revenue and occupancy
