The position of Dishwasher at Cocopah Casino Resort is integral in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas. This role ensures that kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment, including plateware, glassware, and utensils, are kept in pristine condition, contributing directly to the guests' outstanding experience. The dishwasher performs essential duties such as washing dishes and kitchen tools by hand or in machines, cleaning pots, pans, and trays, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors and work surfaces. Line sweeps and sanitation monitoring are part of the responsibilities to uphold health and safety standards. The dishwasher also assists with prep work and supports line cooks as required, demonstrating a collaborative team spirit that is essential in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Applicants should be able to stand or walk for extended periods, handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 60 pounds, and meet health and safety certifications, including a food handler’s card.
