The role of Dishwasher/Utility at Red Lobster is critical to maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency that guests expect. As a key team member, Dishwashers are responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. They operate dishwasher equipment safely and correctly, ensuring all cooking tools and plates are ready for constant use during busy service hours. The position also involves maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including taking out kitchen and general trash promptly and effectively.
