Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
- Ability to walk or stand for extended periods, which may exceed 8 hours
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push or pull frequently
- Ability to frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to work under varying shifts with open availability preferred

Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or using a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- Sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors
- Remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- Clean equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
