Concord Hospitality is currently hiring for the position of Dishwasher. This full-time role offers a competitive wage ranging between $16 and $18 per hour and is an essential part of the hotel's kitchen operations. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishware, cookware, and utensils by washing them meticulously by hand and operating professional washing equipment safely and skillfully. Your duties will also include polishing stainless steel and silverware to maintain the highest standards of presentation.

Beyond dishwashing, you will play a critical role in maintaining kitchen safety and hygiene by promptly clearing spills, keeping all kitchen equipment, oven vents, floors, walls, and cooking surfaces thoroughly clean. You will be responsible for emptying, washing, and returning trash bins when they are over three-quarters full, as well as keeping the dishwashing and surrounding areas well-organized. Occasionally, you will participate in special and deep cleaning projects that require teamwork and attention to detail.

Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen environments is helpful but not mandatory, as Concord Hospitality emphasizes training and development to help every associate succeed.
