We are currently hiring for full-time Dishwasher positions located at 201 Post Rd., Anchorage, AK 99501. This role features a rotational schedule of 28 days on and 14 days off, with the position being seasonal—ending in November and restarting in April 2027. Online applications are accepted only. Individuals with previous experience working in remote camp environments are preferred. The fixed pay rate for this position is $28.23 per hour. As a Dishwasher with ESS, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, work areas, and utensils. Your responsibilities will directly contribute to the smooth operation of the kitchen and the health and safety of the entire community you support. The position requires hands-on work, including scraping and rinsing food off dishes, using dishwashing machines and hand-washing when needed, polishing silverware, and ensuring the dish area is orderly and compliant with safety standards.

Additionally, this role will involve routine cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, washing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and other food preparation surfaces, and proper waste management including steam cleaning or hosing out garbage cans. You will also be responsible for transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work areas and assisting in loading and unloading supplies and products. The role includes maintaining proper temperatures and chemical levels based on provided standards to ensure complete sanitation.
